Amazing new version of Andrew Jacked changes the game in Mr. O
The 2024 Texas Pro took place in Irving, Texas from August 9-10. This Olympia qualifier featured eight divisions, with the Men’s Open class as the main event. Eight athletes won gold trophies, earning cash prizes, bragging rights, and tickets to the Olympia competition.
It’s grind time for athletes as the qualification window for the 2024 Mr. Olympia is closing rapidly. September 15 is the deadline, so that means there are less than three months for talents who have yet to qualify. President Dan Solomon has promised an entertainment-filled experience for Mr. Olympia, which is set to celebrate its historic 60th anniversary October 10-13.
Andrew Jacked achieved a three-peat by winning the 2024 Texas Pro for the third consecutive time. He beat tough competition to secure his Olympia qualification.

While there were athletes who signed with memorable posing routines, it was the beastly physique of Andrew Jacked that stole the night. He weighed a near-unbelievable 299 pounds for the event, and by the time he hit the stage, it was clear Jacked brought the best look of his career. His arms were noticeably improved with extra mass, as well as his traps and shoulders, which gave him the appearance of even more mass. In addition, his leg separation was deeply cut and his quad sweeps came up. He last competed and took fifth place at the 2023 Olympia contest — and the wait to see him perform again was well worth it.
In Jacked’s way was Jordan Hutchinson, an up-and-coming Pro who has made significant leaps in terms of detail and overall size. Men from the 212 Bodybuilding category wasted no time in asserting themselves as title contenders. After all, there are very few 212 Bodybuilding events on the calendar. Francisco Barrios Vlk pushed into the first call-out and made a powerful case for why he should win. He last competed at the 2024 New York Pro in third place.
No one could dismiss the density and dryness of Jordan Janowitz, whose lower body looked etched to the bone. He took first place dominantly competing at the 2024 Tampa Pro. With tweaks to his physique, fans expected him to make a push for first. Ultimately, Francisco Barrios Vlk got the job done in first place. Jordan Janowitz and Marcello Alfonsi claimed second and third place.

From the moment he stepped on stage, the X-frame and conditioning of Gabriel Zancanelli that had the crowd on their feet. His ability to control the stage alongside his posing routine immediately set him apart from his rivals. Zancanelli last tested his mettle at the 2024 Tampa Pro with an impressive second-place finish.
Matheus Menegate managed to push into the first call-out with dominant back shots and side poses. He was determined to leave Texas in first place with his Olympia ticket. In his last outing, which came at the 2023 NPC Amateur Olympia Brazil, he took gold with the ideal combo of definition and shape. After the score was settled, Gabriel Zancanelli pulled off the big win. Matheus Menegate finished in second place while Dancovea Anderson took home third.

Standing out as a top-tier competitor in Men’s Physique has become insanely difficult, thanks to a wave of athletes earning their Pro cards from season to season. Jeremiah Maxey demanded attention throughout this show, having displayed an exceptional combination of muscle hardness and ironclad back poses. He competed at the 2023 Olympia and tied for 16th place.
Ricardo Cenat was another talent that pushed all in this weekend. His ability to adapt and overcome at contests has turned him into a fan favorite for those who follow the sport closely. Cenat tested himself at the 2024 Tampa Pro in second place. After a heated showdown, Jeremiah Maxey secured the first prize. Ricardo Cenat and Ahmed Shokry finished in second and third, respectively.
